비트보드는 SS Holdings Ltd.("회사", "우리", "저희")가 개발한 제품입니다. SS Holdings Ltd.는 선도적인 블록체인 소프트웨어 개발 회사입니다. 저희 소프트웨어는 상거래 및 금융 분야의 혁신을 주도하고 비즈니스 프로세스 최적화를 돕습니다.

회사는 최상위 도메인 웹사이트 bitboard.in을 운영하며, 비트보드 및 저희 제품 및 서비스에 대한 정보를 제공합니다. 여기에는 텍스트, 이미지, 오디오, 코드 및 기타 자료 또는 제3자 정보(총칭하여 "서비스")가 포함됩니다.

  • 엔트리 스페이스 블록체인 서비스
  • 팬덤 커뮤니티 플랫폼

일부 서비스는 계정 생성, 유효한 결제 수단 입력 또는 유료 플랜 선택이 필요할 수 있습니다.

1.3 제3자 콘텐츠 및 서비스

귀하는 특정 서비스 내에서 제3자 정보 콘텐츠, 제품 또는 서비스를 조회, 접근 또는 사용할 수 있습니다. 이러한 콘텐츠 및 서비스의 사용은 전적으로 귀하의 재량에 따릅니다.

1.4 지원

귀하는 서비스에 관한 기술 또는 제품 지원, 정보, 조언 또는 지침을 요청하거나 받을 수 있습니다. 저희는 제공된 지원이 신뢰할 수 있다고 믿지만, 그 정확성이나 완전성에 대해 명시적이거나 묵시적인 진술이나 보증을 하지 않습니다.

2. 변경사항

3. 귀하의 책임

  • 투표 및 랭킹 시스템의 적절한 사용

귀하는 다음에 대해 전적인 책임을 집니다:

  • 계정 및 콘텐츠의 적절한 보안, 보호 및 백업
  • BB 코인 지갑과 관련된 비밀번호 또는 복구 구문의 기록 및 보안
  • 사용 가능한 소프트웨어 업데이트 또는 업그레이드의 즉시 설치

3.3 블록체인 주소 접근을 지원하는 서비스 적용성

블록체인 프로토콜과 직접 또는 비트보드를 통해 제3자 서비스를 통해 공개/개인 키 쌍을 생성할 때, 귀하는 이러한 보안 키의 사용 및 보안에 대해 전적인 책임을 집니다.

4. 수수료 및 결제

4.1 공개 서비스

일부 서비스는 로열티 없는 기준으로 대중에게 제공될 수 있습니다.

4.2 서비스 수수료

  • 투표를 위해 Polygon 네트워크를 사용할 때 발생하는 가스 수수료
  • 기타 필요한 블록체인 거래를 생성하는 각 작업에 대해 Polygon 네트워크에서 발생하는 가스 수수료

4.3 세금

각 당사자는 적용 가능한 법률에 따라 이 계약에 따른 거래 및 결제와 관련하여 부과되는 모든 세금을 식별하고 납부할 책임이 있습니다.

5. 중단; API 요청 제한

5.1 일반

다음의 경우 서비스에 대한 귀하의 접근 또는 사용이 즉시 중단될 수 있습니다:

  • 서비스 사용이 보안 위험을 초래하는 경우
  • 이 계약을 위반하는 경우

Bitboard is a product developed by SS Holdings Ltd. ("Company", "we", 'us', or "our"). SS Holdings Ltd. is a leading blockchain software development company. Our software drives innovation in commerce and finance and helps optimize business processes.

The Company hosts the top-level domain website bitboard.in, which provides information about Bitboard and our products and services, including text, images, audio, code, and other materials or third-party information (collectively, the "Service" or "Services").

These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", or "Agreement") contain the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the site and services provided by us, and constitute an agreement between us and you or the entity you represent ('you' or "your").

1. Service Provision

1.1 General

You may access and use the Services only in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing your use of the Services.

Bitboard provides the following services:

  • Entry Ranking Chart System
  • Voting System using BB Coin
  • Staking Reward System
  • Entry Space Blockchain Service
  • Fandom Community Platform

Some services may require account creation, entering a valid payment method, or selecting a paid plan.

1.3 Third-Party Content and Services

You may view, access, or use third-party information content, products, or services within certain services. Use of such content and services is entirely at your discretion.

1.4 Support

You may request or receive technical or product support, information, advice, or guidance regarding the Service. While we believe any support provided is reliable, we make no express or implied representations or warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness.

2. Changes

2.1 Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, or modify or remove features of the Service, at any time.

2.2 Contract Changes

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 Service Use

You must comply with the following when using the Bitboard service:

  • Full responsibility for account security and backups
  • Secure management of your BB Coin wallet private keys and recovery phrases
  • Proper use of the voting and ranking systems
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Security and Backups

You are solely responsible for:

  • Properly securing, protecting, and backing up your account and content
  • Recording and securing passwords or recovery phrases related to your BB Coin wallet
  • Prompt installation of available software updates or upgrades

3.3 Service Applicability Supporting Blockchain Address Access

When generating public/private key pairs directly with blockchain protocols or via third-party services through Bitboard, you are solely responsible for the use and security of these security keys.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Public Services

Certain services may be provided to the public on a royalty-free basis.

4.2 Service Fees

  • Gas fees incurred when using the Polygon network for voting
  • Gas fees incurred on the Polygon network for each action generating other necessary blockchain transactions

4.3 Taxes

Each party is responsible for identifying and paying all taxes imposed in connection with transactions and payments under this Agreement, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Suspension; API Request Limitations

5.1 General

Your access to or use of the Service may be suspended immediately if:

  • Your use of the Service poses a security risk
  • You breach this Agreement
